Another fatality, another shoot to kill order on leopard...

From a neighbouring district, I was still trying to get details late last night but the second person killed by leopard in the space of a couple of weeks (yesterday a seven year old girl), means a shoot to kill order has been issued.  Armed police and army are moving in to the area.  It is the second district to deploy teams in this way in a few short months.  Another child was taken just across the border a few days as well, things are at a chronic stage again.
